Facetime not working (Iphone 5) Tried everything

Hi everyone, I have a problem with an iphone 5 with facetime not working. I tried many things. Done a reset of the phone. Made sure that everything is activated....facetime, data etc. Nothing seems to work.
Do you have any other suggestion?

Hi everybody! I tried my best searching for a similar situation but I was unable to find useful information, so any help is much appreciated.

I have an iPhone 6 from work and used to have a personal iPhone 4. All the good pictures I needed to take were taken with my work phone because it had a better camera overall. I have since upgraded to an SE and its camera beats the iPhone 6's, so all personal photos started to be taken from that phone since.

I have an issue with service center address

I currently use an Xfinity-locked iPhone 7 plus with an r-sim in the UK.
Before I changed a carrier, everything worked perfectly and had no issue.
However, after changing a carrier and inserting a new sim with a new number, sending texts has become so random; sometimes sent, sometimes not delivered.
Other things are working perfectly fine including data, call and receiving texts.
So I googled that figured out that the problem was that service center address was wrong, it was 88.

Spam calls despite blocking

I use truecaller that automatically generated a contact SPAM with 100's of numbers reported as spam, which I promptly blocked. Despite this I am still getting calls from the numbers saved in that SPAM contact.
So as a next step I set the call ringtones for SPAM as a small text tone and set the vibrations to none. Still no effect. I dunno how all this is being bypassed.

Any help?

My wife's iphone 6s needs repair and the temporary 5s has only 32 gigs of storage. I cannot restore the WhatsApp media because after downloading the backup (probably 8.03GB) it appears WhatsApp tries to unzip the backup files.

Now the local storage consumed is separated into: 8.03 GB in my iCloud drive local storage (the WhatsApp backup file downloaded). 2-3 gigs of apps and data. Another around 10 GB of "other" storage (the most annoying of them all) and 10GB of free space. There is...

My iPhone was stolen Friday night - while it was unlocked and in use. Though I have a passcode, it should be noted.


(Point 1: the thief could have kept it unlocked by tapping the screen)


Within 20 minutes I was at a police station and a stranger let me call my device. It was now switched off.

My phone is being weird. Every single night, at around 10:00pm my phone, connected to wifi, speeds slow to a crawl, and I can't watch Hulu. This happens specifically to my phone. My iPad 9.7, 10.5 works fine, apple-tv, iPhone 8 Plus fine, Desktop computer, fine, Nintendo Switch fine. This has been happening for about a month, any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.

Manage Receipts With Phone And PC

Sure today, there has to be a better and more practical method of managing receipts, first from the phone, then latter to the PC, seamlessly. What I mean is, purchase an item, scan the receipt with the smart phone (iPhone), be able to search the receipt database on the smart phone. Then, be able to sync this database to a PC or even manually backup the database to a PC.

Any ideas?

Hi all,
I am using iPhone 6 plus. My iPhone's touchscreen was not working properly. So, service centre replaced it with a new set. Recently I took some photos on that set. To transfer them to my computer I connected it using the USB cable. iTune opened. It asked me whether I want to use my existing profile or want to use this phone as a new phone. I opted for existing profile. So, automatically something happened, and then I found all my photos are gone! There is NO backup in iCloud or iTune...

My iPhone is linked to another person's phone through 'family share' (which includes contacts from my phone and contacts from thier are shared on eaxh others devices)
Question - if I block someone's number on my phone will the other person who I share 'family share' with be able to unblock the number via thier device?

Battery not original.

I bought an iPhone 6 in Barcelona, Spain, four months after its launch, January 2015.
Now, four years later and after 363 charging cycles, the battery has a health of 30%.
I proceeded to change it and see the.... original? it's not apple but ifixit. I have seen that there have been frauds in China in which they bought an iPhone and then returned it, but with components replaced by fakes. Is mine a fraud case?

Hello,

So I wake today only to find that all my playlists have vanished from my iPhone 7 (latest IOS [v12.1.2]). I tried out Apple Music months ago and cancelled it about two months ago. Didn't think this had anything to do with my local playlists vanishing off of my iPhone (playlists still viewable within iPhone portion of iTunes [v12.9.2.6]).

TROUBLESHOOTING ATTEMPTS:

Hi all, I'm usually pretty capable but I'm at a loss on this one. I tried searching the forum as well as google but I couldn't come up with a good search term. I appreciate any help given.

I have been manually importing music on my Iphone since the 3g. I typically drag and drop it from a folder on my desktop. Have never had an issue.

With the XR I drag and drop it and everything shows up on the phone but under artist only a small percentage of the many artists show, under albums every song...

Music on phone does not show up correctly.

Can't Backup iPhone To Computer (Mac)

I've backed up my phone to computer for years back to the first iphone. I do it once a month or so.

Today I get this error:

"iTunes could not backup this iPhone because an error occured."

However, it syncs fine.

Latest version of iTunes, OSX and iOS software, not jailbroken.

Hate when i can't fix a tech problem lol. Any help? I'm very tech savvy, so feel free.

I've already deleted old backups and cleared the lockdown folder, checked for updates, etc.

I currently have an AT&T 8 Plus (A1897) on the iPhone upgrade program. I want to switch to Sprint from AT&T because in my office I get little to no service with AT&T and have missed numerous phone calls/texts. Sprint's service is passable in comparison and I get a decent discount through my company.
