Wife is having trouble with her 6S. Basically she can't install apps from the app store through her phone. She can search them perfectly fine but when she clicks to get them, the timer thing just spins & spins, nothing ever downloads.
She said earlier that she accidentally hit for a tone yesterday and thought damn she's paid for something she didn't want - turned out it didn't download & she didn't get billed.

When she goes in to settings, she's logged in right at the top there yet when she...

This is really annoying. I'm using Xs Max and whenever I want to send a photo on iMessage, and then click "Edit" I get this "Cannot Load Photo: There was an error loading this photo." thing. It's even more annoying because it doesn't happen to all of the photos, I don't know why some get this and some don't. I'm sure it's not because of the type of the photo.

Besides that, why can't Apple just make it easier to send a photo, with one click, rather than going through hell to get to the gallery?

I have a iPhone 3GS and I tried jailbreaking it. I installed the firmware "ENTER_DFU_iPhone2, 1_6.1.6_10B500_Restore" using redsn0w to boot into DFU mode since my home button is not working. I successfully jailbroken my phone and even downloaded p0sixspwn from the Cydia app to untether my iPhone. I restarted my device and it's not working anymore. Tried powering it up but it doesn't turn on. When I plug my device into a computer, it's not recognized and indicated as "unknown device".

Hi
I have a problem to upload files to iCloud drive. When I mark my 436 video files and try to upload them to the drive(Files app) I get the following message:

iCloud Drive may not work properly. Please check the iCloud preference pane.
Couldn't communicate with a helper application

I’ve tried to reboot and also unchecked/checked the iCloud Drive settings in iCloud settings.

It works fine to upload a few videos but I cant upload them all.

I am on iOS 12.1.3 and iPhone X

Has anyone actually tried to do it on the space gray or gold? I know all of you would say "it will remove the coating" but isn't this coating thick enough to not peel? (I've seen some pictures of flaky space gray x but that could be fixed)

I'd love to know if those polishing pastes can remove even the lightest scratches off of a space gray or gold iPhone X/s/Max.

And one additional question: do these products change the finish of the stainless steel? By that I mean how the light reflects...

My daughter has an iphone se. It would charge until 20% so I replaced the battery. Good to go with that. Now when I go to charge it it won't show the charging symbol and won't charge

Got it launch day. No issues at all so far until today.
Had to use GPS to get to a location I wasn't familiar with. Tried Apple Maps, Google Maps and Waze - all 3 apps kept jumping around and could not figure out with accuracy what road I was on. It seems like it's been an isolated issue with some previous iPhone users when the X launched and Resetting all setings fixes the issue, but then after some time it comes back.

I’m sorry - this is a very one off but my neighbour has teenage children who both own a pair of AirPods.
They both have a case, however; one of the two has lost their AirPods and potentially picked up one of the other siblings single AirPod.
Is there any way to tell whether the AirPods are a pair? I notice that there are codes on the AirPods themselves... do these correspond?
Please help, their arguing cuts into both mine & my neighbours gin and whinge time!

Does anyone know how to get ringtones onto the iPhone without using iTunes?
I want to know because everytime I enable ringtone syncing in iTunes, all my music content gets deleted from the iPhone.

Everything was working fine. I had ringtones on the iPhone and I had the ringtone sync disabled in iTunes.
This problem started when I enabled ringtone sync in iTunes in order to add more ringtones to the phone.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hi everyone. My new iPhone 6 with full brightness is heating up where the ear speaker is. It is not hot but very warm there. This issue goes away when brightness is around half. Is this worth me fixing, it’s a very unusual place for heat? Thanks

Hey random peoples whom I know not! I bought myself an iPhone 3Gs for Chanuka and I was a very happy person. Well, I got home and tried to charge it and, oh my, it wouldn't charge. I rushed about my house like a crazy person jabbing my charger at outlets. About 1/8th of the time it would charge. I then plugged it into my Mac and, oh my, nothing happened. Hi guys,

just went from android back to ios, buying the iPhone XS Max.

When i buy something in app store, it prompts me for password, and afterwards saying something like "there was a problem with biometric approval on this device. Try again later". (its in danish, not sure what the english version would be exactly). i googled like crazy but cant find anything, also not in the apple support forums.

hello,

I just found out that i can buy a prepaid AT&T as a tourist, when im going on vacation in 4 weeks, to have dataplan in the US. My Norweigan carrier has terrible rates for dataplans in US.

Is it possible for me to use my XS Max and dual sim, to add the AT&T prepaid as a eSIM?

I want to wipe my entire iPhone clear of music, as I will be using Spotify from now on. I deleted all of my music from storage, but now they all show the little cloud with the arrow icon next to them in my library on my phone.

Is there a way to delete all of them from the library without having to do each song indivdually?

EDIT: Nevermind, got it. I deleted the music app entirely, then re-downloaded it and my library is clean.

l tried itunes method, but it says 'Itunes could not connect to this iphone. The value is missing' l think it might be because it has a 'dead' non retrievable icloud account? cut to chase, the icloud account's email etc are no longer available.
