iPhone & headphones issue

I don't use headphones with my phone a lot, but today I tried to put in headphones in my 5S and I didn't need to use much force to push it in.

The headphones stay in there, but easily slide out with a pull.

Also phone is not detecting the headphones at all. I've tried 3 pairs of different brands.

I think the jack has gone bad. Should I go to Apple store to have it swapped?
