Let me start by saying this both saddens me and scares the crap out of me. I LOVE MY BB 9930!
Now to move on. On Monday I will have to turn in my tried and true work horse BB9930 and get an iphone 4s through my company. I've used an iphone for personal use along with 3 ipads and an ipod. I love the apps etc. However I have never used an iphone for work. I'm hoping you all can help me with a couple issues I've seen online tonight.

1: Group emails/distro lists. I use them multiple times daily from my teams directly to dispatch, commission teams, repair teams etc. There are currently just as many distro lists on my BB as contacts. These lists are also updated frequently through attrition or what have you. Currently if they are changed in outlook by anyone in the company they are changed on my blackberry as well. Ive heard these do not work on iphone, is that true? I saw one thread about icloud sync to outlook then to iphone and distros might update. Has anyone tried this or know of a way to do what I need above?
2: Multiple email icons and notifications. I currently have 2 separate icons for 2 separate email accounts, work and gmail. Each have different alerts and don't mix emails together. Is this possible on the iphone?
