Pictures moved from Iphone to PC

its set up that when i take a picture on my iphone 5 they automatically move to my pc in the pictures folder. but my wifes do not. and when we try importing them they always miss a bunch and have errors. how do i get hers to automatically load like mine?

Is there something that needs to be turned on?
