BIG ISSUE, why I hate my iPhone 5 (You Need to live in Europe for this)

I upgraded to the iphone 5 in the very First week. Before that, I used an iPhone 3GS. The Problem is, that when you Listen to Music, and you want to get louder than 100 dB, the lockscreen lights up and tells you, that it's a "High volume", you use and than it always happend, that my pants keep it touched. Thats very annoying. So the Screen is always turned on, when I grab it. That burns hours of Batterylife. And it offens happen to me, that it calls People, deletes reminders and so on.
So I have to Chance myself, to fit the product. I Must use Flip-Cases and socks and I hate it!
