Hey, everyone. I'm new to this site but I have a question and wanted to see if anyone has an answer or advice on what I should do. I have a mophie juice pack air case for my iphone 4s for almost a year and I love it. I'm having an issue lately and just curious if this has happening to anyone else. The power switch on the bottom left corner will be switched off but the slightest movement/vibration on my case and it activates the battery reserve. I'm not sure if this is a wear and tear issue or a mechanical issue. It just prevents me to have my mophie completely charged when I need it. Any kind of feedback on the issue would be gladly appreciated.
