Sign app in Windows

hello,

first of all excuse my English ^^

i have registered my UDID with im zd l, but i didn't notice that certifications and provisioning done on MAC....

they sent me three files
1- AppleWWDRCA.cer
2- DevCertificate.p12
3- ProvisionProfile.mobileprovision

and sent me instruction for MAC

my question is

how i can use these files to sign it with whatsapp beta in Windows 7 ??
