Need help with iPhone 4 unlocked but still "No Service" on SIM CARD INSERTION

Hi guys,

I have iphone IMEI unlocked. When i insert a sim card it turns to ' No service' from 'No Sim'.

I've checked my iphone unlock status at http://iphoneimei.info it shows the following results:

IMEI: 013668004115381
Activated: Yes
Find My iPhone: On
Telephone Technical Support: Expired
Repairs & Service Coverage: August 5, 2014
Estimated Purchase Date: October 5, 2013
SIM Lock: Unlocked


Do you guys have any suggestions to get a rid of this problem?
