So I bought a iphone 4 from a woman off craigslist and when I checked it before I bought it, it came back clean and it said it could be activated. I paid her the money and waited a few days then tried to activate it and they said it was lost or stolen. Im pretty sure I bought it from the orginal owner. I think she might of reported stolen so she could get a upgrade because this phone is flawless and wouldn't need to be replaced. I talked to Sprint and they said I could bring it back or keep it and use only on wifi because I have proof texts from her and they can check survailence cameras at target. I don't know what to do I tried to contact her about it and she responded with she could meet me friday which is tomorrow to give my money back but she never replied after that. What should I do? I dont want to just give the phone back and lose my money because she wanted a new phone.
