Headphones broke off inside headphone jack in iPhone

My headphones broke off inside headphone jack in my iPhone 5s.

I've tried just about everything to get it the piece out.

My phone is still under warranty, will the genius bar help me out with this or no?

Also, if I should go to the genius bar, I should be fine jailbroken because this is a hardware issue? (I will hide Cydia and JB stuff of course)
