Hi,
my iPhone 5s stopped to boot. It only shows the Apple logo, then a stuck spinner and before returning to the Apple logo a blue screen. Then it cycles.
Unfortunately, I haven't backed up my photos for a while and want to save them to my Mac. I tried using the Image Capture app, which worked when I tried it the first time and copied around 8 GB of photos to the computer, but that import was interrupted by the blue screen. Since then, the application lists sometimes some, sometimes all photos but the app doesn't do anything when I click the import button. It seems to me that the USB connection is too slow(?)
Any ideas on how I can save my photos?
Kind regards,
Ph99Ph
