AC wall charger will this one be ok

I need a 2 port USB charger. Will this one do the job. At times I will be charging my iPhone 5 and my iPad at the same time so I need one that will do the job. And lets say one of your toys needs charging, so if i plug it in at night and leave it until the AM is that ok. But it may only need 3hrs charging time to reach 100% is that Ok.
