Ever since I got the iphone 5 safari is not very fluid when scrolling compared to other apps or safari on my ipad. When I use my fingers or thumb with a usual upward/downward flick, safari only goes up or down a little bit and stops quicker after flicking then other apps/ipad making it seem choppy. I have thought this was normal until I started to think about it just now. I am wondering if other people have short, almost choppy like scrolling using safari on the iphone 5.
