I have an iPhone 3 that I'd like to turn into an iPod touch so my son can use it for games. I want to disable the phone's ability to make 911 calls yet retain (if possible) its ability to connect to wi-fi.
I've read peoples' posts suggesting that I 'bury' the phone app in a series of folders and place it on a different page on the phone but kids are kids and they'll eventually find the app.
Is there any way to do this? I've considered removing the GPS antenna...would that work?
