iPhone 4s Screen Replacement Problem - Beeps/Shows nothing iOs7

Hi guys,

I have a serious problem, i have replaced the screen of an iPhone 4s with iOs 7 and it shows nothing. The phone beeps constantly. Have tried many times and the fact is that the original screen is working properly.

Any ideas ?
