iPhone 4S Behaves oddly after water damage

Hi,
I have an iPhone 4S that has been damaged by water a week ago .
It was completely dried, I took it apart as well to make sure of that, I also removed the caps that are covering the chips on the motherboard and made sure they're dry as well.

After reassembling it I started trying to power it up, and now it only works when plugged in to a charger.

It also suffers from the following problems:
- Stuck on "Searching" , therefore I cannot make any phone calls or whatsoever.
- No WiFi & Bluetooth, the WiFi is grey and the Bluetooth won't start.
- No IMEI in the About menu in settings, when typing *#06# in the phone application it won't display it either.
- Speaker & Vibrator are both not working.
- And as stated before, it works only when plugged , even though the phone claims that the battery is fully charged ( 100% )

I'm here to ask if anyone here has been experiencing the same behavior, and if so what can be done to solve some of the issues.
