I was having an issue receiving picture messages and after a new sim card and over 2 hours with ATT and Apple they advised me to restore as new and not use a back up.
I did this last night, it so far ( only 3 pics ) has solved the problem but I was shocked that I got back so much memory. I don't stream anything such as spotify and resynced all my stuff. Everything looks normal but it went from 7.4 available to 9.1. Is that normal? I feel like my phone was caching things like deleted texts or something.
It is an i5 16gb and I have only restored once in the year I have owned it.
