Anyone know the law on getting Apple parts?

Hi,

Thought I'd throw this wee question at you all...

I run a repair business, I'm open to all customers from the start saying that the parts I used are high quality but not official Apple products. All customers are more than happy with service and supply I offer.

Now a "new kid" has come in the block spouting that they use "genuine Apple parts".

Now I was under the impression that the only people that could fit Apple parts were Apple! The only people that could supply Apple parts were, Apple!

Another point is that my supplier mentioned this guys name and said that he's ordering from be same place as me - high quality copy screens!

Could someone clarify the ruling or does anyone have any information on this as I'm not having my business threatened by some mug who tries to blag the public
