I need some major help.
So my appleID password have been resetting on its own last couple of months every few days/weeks. Its been highly annoying and I believe someone else is resetting it.
...Some reset facts....
1. I only have an iPhone 5 and no other products which I use my appleID with.
2. I never gave out my password to anyone and haven't clicked any phishing links.
3. I believe whoever is doing this has downloaded some content since I got 2 emails of downloaded apps on another device that I never used.
4. I read about the 2-step verification form that was updated recently from only using your email and DOB to email, DOB and 3 security questions to reset your password... which I didn't have before and was updated by the apple support but still didn't fix the problem.
5. My password has been highly complex and I don't see anyone guessing it along with it leaving anywhere on any malicious website.
6. I read somewhere there could be a Chain Password where an old program or an app is automatically using an old not updated password to log into the program thus failing to connect and automatically reseting it... but since I get emails of someone downloading something on their device using my apple id this completely disregards it.
IF ANYONE HAD A SIMILAR ISSUE... Please help!
