This should probably go into the iCloud forum, but since the issue is on the iPhone only I thought that I may get some better advice here.
I recently switched to iCloud mail and set icloud to push and have noticed a big drop in battery life. I don't get many emails, so push mail isn't the culprit, but I use reading list and other component constantly. Due to this my iPhone is forced to keep a constant connection to update these components, so my question is....
Can I set iCloud to push mail, but not reading-list, calendars, etc..?
I'm pretty sure the answer is no. Also, I can't add my already in-use icloud account as a second account for mail only, I tried, so is my only option to create another icloud account just for mail?
Thanks.
