iPhone 4s Wont Turn On/Restore

Hi All,

I got down my iPhone 4S two months back. Since the last month, the phone used to get heated at random times and switch off. This would happen once a week. Or may be twice in the same day and nothing for 2 more weeks. I was able to make the phone work using the Hard Reset method until last week. But now it doesn't simply turn on.

Currently it connects to iTunes in recovery mode, after multiple restore attempts I get the errors 1600, 1601 and at times 1604.

iTunes version - 11.0.4
iPhone OS version - 6.1.3
Platform - Mac OS X
OS Version - 10.7.5
