Receiving iMessages from iPhone and iPad

Hello!

I have a contact that freely swaps between iPhone and iPad while texting. Whenever I get a text from either it only shows the name of the contact, but I would like to somehow differentiate between the two as she usually leaves the iPad at home from work, and I will text that instead of the iPhone, thus the message doesn't get received.

Is there a way to set the names as ContactiPhone and ContactiPad, or something as such?
