if you use Windows 7 OS,
i would like to ask for some test.
when you connect your iphone at you PC, (with lightning cable)
obvious, but will be displayed in itunes > device tab.
in that state, reboot the computer
and run itunes.
so, did itunes detecting your iphone?
in my case, itunes doesn't detecting iphone in seven or eight times out of ten.
(if you unplug & plug the cable, maybe it will work, but it is so uncomfortable to me:< )
i've got solution now,
but, I'm simply curious that it happened occurs only to me.
if you got same problem,
here is solution :
run services.msc then find 'apple mobile device'.
and change excution type from "automatic" to "automatic (delayed start)"
thanks for reading :)
