3GS restore

hi iam really stuck here ive tried loads of things but not worked i have the error 21 problem
tried
edit host file
redsnow
tiny umberrella
NON WORKED
3gs on 4.3.3 blank screen but lcd is working itunes detects phone
tried filerecovery 4.3 and i get whats on the photoAttachment 413444
i may be wrong but to me it looks like the internal drive is knackered
