iPhone destroys attachments in mail

Hi!

I have a huge problem that has been bugging me for the last couple of years. I work a lot with both photos and ad material for the internet, and receive a lot of mails from other people in my organization that are sent from their iPhone/iPads and not from their office PC's.

9 out of 10 times when I receive files via e-mail that has been sent or forwarded via an iPhone the attachment is broken.

It can be JPGs that are downsized beyond belief, animated GIFs that have been 'flattened' in transit and does not animate anymore or Powerpoint-presentations (recieved one a few minutes ago that should be used in less than two hours at an important meeting) that just end up as tiny unrecognizable files that can't be used for anything.

Hope for some useful input - this is driving me crazy since the exact same types of files forwarded via Android og Win Phone (connected to the exact same mail server) rarely have any issues and actually arrive identically to how they originally were - and not like crippled or non-working versions.

I have mentioned this time and time again to the iPhone users that often send me material this way - often in the last minute and I am always the one that gets yelled at by customers of course - and they never ever have any clue about how one can fix this.

I am sick and tired of it - why can't iPhone forward stuff as it actually is without messing with it first?

Heeelp!
