Hello,
I noticed my I5 screen flickering was really bad last week as well as my cell reception being low ( AT&T for instance it will drop from LTE to "4G" to "E" then back for no reason ) called AT&T and they ran diagnostics for an hour and could to figure out what was going on so they directed me to apple.
Apple asked me to restore and do the usual stuff , still didn't work so they have since sent out a replacement which it received today
My only issue is that the screen flickering frequency has reduced , it rarely does it and the email and box from apple is saying that the problem is screen flickering , which is not the only problem as I explained over the phone , my fear and question is ,
Is there a charge if apple doesn't find the screen to be flickering , despite the fact that AT&T confirmed there is a cell reception problem.
