Not getting phone icon badge alerts...

but I am getting recents and voicemail badges while in the phone app. I do get them for the App Store and for my "Jailbreak" folder icon (from Cydia inside it).

Any known discrepancies cause this?

EDIT: Like usual... I got it. I need to hold off posting for 2 minutes... bah.. sorry.
