I have a pair of these headphones that I have been trying to use with my iPhone, but they don't fit in the jack at all. I dropped this iPhone quite a bit (enough that the mute switch above the volume control on the phone doesn't seem to function) so I have no idea if that may be interfering without working. Any ideas?
