I have been getting drop calls on my iPhone 5 for about two months. At first, it was happening occasionally and now for the past two weeks it is occurring on a daily basis.
I contacted my wireless carrier (T-Mobile) and there doesn't seem to be a network issue, so could it be a hardware or software problem with the phone? I have the Apple Care Protection plan so I can get this phone replaced if it needs to be.
Has anyone experienced similar issues like myself and how did you get it resolved? Thanks!
