I have been using an iPhone 3GS, recently backed up on iTunes. I now have an iPhone 4, when I connect it to the computer and iTunes loads, it lets me use a backup from the 3GS, but it only includes texts, settings, contacts, etc. The apps & music are not transferring over (even though they ARE included in the back-up that I've made). I plug the 3GS into the computer, it shows all the apps in itunes. I remove it, plug in the 4, and they are all missing.
I feel like an idiot but I can't figure this out..., also iMessage won't activate, and I can't find a way to deactivate it on the 3GS so it will activate on the new one. arggggh.
