iPhone 5 camera screwed? Is it covered by warranty

Hello,

I've been with my iPhone 5 since november, and last week I noticed that when taking pictures three dirt "things" appear in the pictures. At first I thought it was because the lens was dirty but it looks like it's clean. And the three spots that appear are way too big to be just dust. You can see it pretty clear and they are really annyoing when taking pictures.

Is this covered by Apple warranty?
