Backup + restore + sync woes

Long time lurker, first time poster.

Before purchasing a new computer, I did a full backup of my iPhone 5 on the OLD computer. The backup contained all of my apps, music, movies, photos, etc.

On the NEW computer, I did NOT SYNC my iPhone with it. This was a mistake.

Since then, I've taken new photos, added/deleted new apps, etc. I did NOT SYNC my iPhone with the NEW computer. Another mistake.


I had a hardware issue, so before taking my iPhone to the Genius bar..in anticipate that they would swap out the iPhone, I made a full backup of the iPhone on the NEW computer.

Today, I received my new replacement iPhone, and just realized that:

1. The backup from the OLD computer has all my apps, music, movies, photos, etc.

2. The backup from the NEW computer has all the data from #1 (above) PLUS any new apps + photos

I've successfully restored the backup from the OLD computer.

The question now is, how do I get the new photos that were taken and backed up from the NEW computer to my new iPhone? I don't care about the new apps. The photos are more important to me.

I don't suppose there is a way to "sync" between the two backed up copies :(


Any help is greatly appreciated.
