Iphone Custom Theme problem

Hello people :)

Im having a problem with custom theme, ive searched around on internet and i couldnt find a solution i hope you guys could help me out.

There is a white/transparent layer around iTunes, safari, Facebook and twitter icon and i dont know how to get rid of it. And around facebook and twitter theres a big frame too.
