Need help syncing iPhone into new computer

I feel like if I sync it it'll explode or something.

I got all my songs from my phone to my itunes through senuti. Is there anyway to just have my music synced without deleting all my contacts and ****? Or will it do that? Idk I don't wanna take any chances.

My other computer broke so I don't have it
