New iPhone 5 - All Contacts Didn't Sync

Just switched from Sprint (iPhone 4s) to AT&T (iPhone 5). Did a backup via iCloud earlier today (including contacts). It's been hours since I got my new phone... a lot of old contacts (ie. Mom, Dad, Aunt, etc) that have been in my contacts for a long time didn't make it over.

I'm missing A LOT. On hold with Apple Support as we speak, but we're not finding resolutions. Turns out in my iCloud account online there are EVEN LESS contacts.

Any ideas? Help!
