multiple sms

Hi guys

Please let me know, how many SMS can I send simoustanly before the iPhone crashes or stops working? I can have an iPhone 5. I can recall sending to all 1200 contacts on my previous iPhone which kinda crashed...

Is it, were it possible to send to 1200 contacts at once or should I select a minimum at a time?
